2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only with prior written approval from Shiva Export HK Limited.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, without damage or alteration.
  • Any return request must be made within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized, specially sourced, or made-to-order diamonds
  • Diamonds altered, set, or treated after delivery
  • Products without original invoices or certificates
  • Items damaged due to mishandling by the buyer

4. Inspection & Approval

  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
  • Refund eligibility is subject to verification of quality, weight, and condition.
  • Shiva Export HK Limited reserves the right to reject refunds if discrepancies are found.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after inspection approval.
  • Bank charges, transaction fees, and currency conversion fees are non-refundable.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping, insurance, customs duties, and related costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled unless approved in writing.
  • Cancellation requests may incur processing or restocking charges.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide supporting images or documentation
  • Claims reported after this period may not be accepted
